Maharshi (Rishi) Dhada the SF Express Research Fellow in Industrial Logistics, based in Distributed Information and Automation Laboratory. His research interests include networked systems and industrial operations optimisation, focusing on logistics networks.

Maharshi holds a Bachelors of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Indore, and has been working on collaborative learning in asset fleets for more than five years. He has developed statistical hierarchical models for prognosis and anomaly detection for his PhD thesis. Maharshi has worked with diverse industrial partners and problems including Siemens, Scania CV, BT, Network Rail, Glovo, and SF Express.

Prior to this Maharshi was a part of the Asset Management group in the IfM for his PhD research under the supervision of Dr Ajith Parlikad.
