I work part time at the IfM, and part time in the Quantum Computing and Simulation Hub, a collaboration between 17 UK universities and one of four hubs within the UK National Quantum Technologies Programme. I am particularly interested in the industrial applications of quantum computing, and the changes to business processes that quantum computing will bring.
I have over 25 years' experience in industry, and I hold a PhD in Particle Physics from the University of Birmingham, based on research I carried out at CERN.
