Background

Kaisi Chang completed his PhD in the Centre for Strategy and Performance in 2008. Before coming to Cambridge in 2003, he obtained a bachelor’s degree in Automation Department in Tsinghua University, China.

Research Project

Kaisi's research was focused on the topic of "Measuring the value creation of knowledge management programs".
