Background

Joe joined the IfM from Mars, Inc. where he held senior managerial positions held in Manufacturing, Global Strategic Planning and Supply Network Optimization; most recently he was Global Industrial Engineering Director and the lead contact for Mars' relationship with the IfM.

Joe holds BSc and MSc degrees in Chemical Engineering and has had extensive international experience. He has lived in Belgium, the US, and India, and has had a global role during the last 10 years with Mars, working extensively in Asia, South America and the USA.
