Clemens ChaskelClemens joined the Centre for Technology Management in 2010 as a PhD student under the supervision of David Probert. His work focuses on strategic technology management and the close link between technological competence and corporate strategy. His particular interest lies in roadmapping, portfolio strategy and associated tools. BackgroundBefore returning to Cambridge, Clemens was working in the aerospace & defence sector and later joined a technology consultancy. His work included R&D process optimisation, requirements management and a project management advisory role. He was the head of several expert teams within the consultancy and was also involved in business development. He holds a master's degree in Industrial Systems, Manufacture and Management from the University of Cambridge (ISMM year 41) as well as a master's degree in Aerospace Engineering from Kingston University. |
