Andrew Gill is a Principal Industrial Fellow working largely in Aerospace, but also in Energy and with Government. He joined IfM following five years with A.T. Kearney Management Consultants, and eighteen years at Royal Dutch/Shell. His interests include:

• Development and implementation of business, manufacturing and technology strategy
• Operations improvement (including post-merger integration)
• Design and facilitation of complex, controversial, change programmes
