Designing new business models

The IfM's Centre for Industrial Sustainability has developed a toolkit for developing sustainable business models which has been applied with a wide range of companies. The toolkit can be adapted to suit many different circumstances but in every case it is underpinned by a clear and consistent approach to understanding value, how it is created and where it is lost or destroyed.

 

By taking a structured and visual approach to understanding value creation, capture and exchange, within the firm and across its ecosystem - it provides a robust framework for designing new, disruptive business models.
