This directory contains files from the Cambridge Software Sourcing Checklist tool. This
tool is to help managers when making decisions on sourcing software development for
particular tasks within a project. The tool runs on Windows and is licensed under the
GNU Public License, can be freely shared, and comes without warranty. See license.txt for details.

To install the tool, execute the file ChecklistToolv1.1-SelfInstaller.exe. The tool
can then be started from Software Sourcing Checklist under the Start Menu. (This is
equivalent to double clicking the file index.hta in the directory under which the tool
is installed).

The software is licensed under the Gnu Public License (see license.txt).
It was developed as part of a research project at the Centre for Technology Management (CTM)
within the Engineering Department at the University of Cambridge. We'd be pleased to
hear your experiences of using the tool, in particular any suggestions or contributions
you have for improving it. You can contact me, Francis Hunt at fhh10 @ cam.ac.uk and visit
the CTM website on http://www.ifm.eng.cam.ac.uk/ctm/.

(The Nullsoft software installer used is itself freely available from http://nsis.sourceforge.net)
