Working with the IfM |
Working with the IfMOur way of working with companies and governments is quite distinct from conventional consultancy. The IfM's practitioners, who all have many years' senior level experience, work collaboratively with company and government teams and focus on transferring knowledge as well as delivering business results. The practitioners form an integral part of the IfM and the approaches used are all based on many years' of research, as well as extensive application in industry. Close involvement of client personnel is required, enabling the transfer of knowledge and expertise to the client.
