During the course of preparation for the meeting, we have contacted quite a few leading academics and senior industrialists in the service domain. Unfortunately, some of them are not able to attend the symposium. However, everyone has expressed their great interest in the event and would like to contribute through answering the questionnaire, developing a position statement/paper, and/or recommending further references. They are also keen to make comments on the output resulting of the event.
