Exhibition and sponsorship opportunities

Four levels of sponsorship are available:

Week sponsorship

Sponsors of service week will be entitled to the following benefits:

• exhibition space through the whole week of events for you to promote your company
• free place to attend each event where applicable.
• your organisation’s name featured in all printed and electronic material including the website
• your organisation's logo featured on the opening slide of the event and on appropriate signage
• a full description of your company included on the exhibitor list in the delegate material

Cost of event sponsorship is £7000 + VAT

Dinner sponsorship

Sponsors of a dinner will be entitled to the following benefits:

• your organisation's name featured in printed and electronic material including the website
• your organisation's logo featured on the opening slide of the event and on appropriate signage
• exhibition space on your day of attendance for you to promote your company
• a short description of your company included on the exhibitor list in the delegate material
• a free place on the day to attend

The cost of dinner sponsorship is £5000 + VAT

Lunch sponsor

Lunch sponsors are entitled to the following benefits:

• your organisation's name featured in printed and electronic material
• your organisation's logo featured on the opening slide of the event and on appropriate signage
• your organisation's logo featured on the website with a link to your own site
• exhibition space at the event for you to promote your company
• a short description of your company included on the exhibitor list in the delegate material

All lunches are available to be sponsored from Tuesday 21 - Sunday 26 September.

The cost of lunch sponsorship is £3,000 + VAT

Exhibitors

As an Exhibitor you will be entitled to the following benefits:

• space at the event for you to promote your company
• your organisation's logo featured in the delegate material
• a short description of your company included on the exhibitor list in the delegate material
• a discounted registration fee to attend

The cost of exhibiting is £1,000 + VAT

Promotion and marketing

The events are supported by a promotional campaign including direct marketing and e-marketing to an international audience.
