Current Research

Under the supervision of Professor Sir Mike Gregory, Joao is currently studying the design and development of hybrid offerings (hardware, software and digital services) within new technology-based firms.

The inquiry particularly focuses upon drivers, goals, and challenges to designing and developing hybrid offerings, as well as agents, resources, practices, and processes involved. To this end, in-depth case studies are being conducted with new technology-based firms.
