Alyson joined the IfM as Receptionist/Administrator in May 2006 and progressed to Business Projects & Office Administrator (working with the SME Team) in September 2008.

She took on the role of Office and Communities Manager at ideaSpace Enterprise Accelerator in May 2011. The ideaSpace Enterprise Accelerator is a four year programme to support the generation of new firms and jobs across the Eastern Region.

Previously Alyson worked for the famous Adnams Brewery in Southwold.
