Open Innovation in the FMCG Value Chain: A Practitioner Forum

Overview

The Forum is a structured programme where members share best practice, explore ‘hot topics’ along the FMCG Value Stream and participate in optional, accelerated Open Innovation (OI) collaborations.

  • Link with past and ongoing IfM research

Membership

Membership is limited to a maximum of 20 companies covering all stages of the FMCG value stream: Food and FMCG manufacturers; raw materials and packaging producers; machinery and logistics suppliers and retailers.

How it works

  • 3 workshops per year
  • Self-evaluation of current OI approach
  • Members share strengths at workshops
  • Explore FMCG 'hot topics' between workshops
  • Members can initiate spin-off projects
  • Continued sharing of experiences

Costs and resources

  • Annual membership fee, please enquire for details
  • 2 practitioners per company attend workshops
  • Light 'hot topic' input between workshops
  • Spin-off and development support optional
